Captain Christiaan Boers was the commander of the Stelling Kornwerderzand defence line.
The everlasting stories told on the audio tour aren’t found inside, but outside the casemates. Some stories are based on an easy-to-spot landmark, while others will require a bit more reconnaissance. Make sure to listen to the story at the right place along the tour so you can see what the story is about. A volunteer will help you find your bearings during the introduction.
